The FC Barcelona (Australasia) Supporters Club Inc. is committed to an internal Talent Identification Program that is delivered in two forms as listed below:-
- Automatic Viewing – While Touring
Every touring player under the age of 15 Years is viewed when training in the FC Barcelona Escola.
- Australian Internal Coaching Academy
We have in Australia a fan club coaching Academy which is based on the FC Barcelona coaching techniques.
